ABF Frieght

Multi-Site While Remaining Operational.

S-Bar Construction partnered with ABF Freight, on a five year, multi-site remodel program across their North American distribution centers. These facilities encompass both office (typically 1,000 to 5,000 sq. ft.) and warehouse (typically 5,000 to 25,000 sq. ft.) space. Our scope includes a complete refresh of office areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and reception spaces to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Additionally, safety and operational improvements are being implemented within the warehouses, alongside select exterior and roof repairs.

S-Bar Construction proudly collaborates with ABF Freight, supporting more than 15 projects across the country, including recent projects in Amarillo, TX, Denver, CO, El Paso, San Juan, and Puerto Rico.

Uniquely, all these remodels are being completed while the distribution centers remain fully operational. S-Bar prioritizes minimizing disruption by providing temporary modular office space for personnel and meticulously managing the construction phases. This includes demolition, relocation of furniture, and the installation of New fixtures, flooring light, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. These projects encompass a wide range of expertise, from mold remediation to concrete work and even the fabrication of aluminum staircases.

Upon completion, these distribution centers boast a modern, functional, and safe environment for employees and enhanced operational efficiency for ABF Freight.
